Nice to meet you.  I’m Becky.

All my life, I have been drawn helping people and animals.  From an early age, it was a very natural, innate way for me to interact with my world. This sense of compassion has been a guiding light for me in my self-discovery of who I am and how I show up in the world.  I am many things:

A Teacher

A Mother

A Horsewoman

A Seeker

An Equine Gestalt Coach

The other constant in my life – from such a young age that I remember nothing else – is my love for horses. I have forever been drawn to their open hearts, innate wisdom, sensitive nature, and spot-on intuition.   To truly be with a horse requires trust:  trust in the process, trust of self, and trust of others.  [There is much we can learn from the horse and bring back to our human lives and relationships.]

The nature of being human is that our lives are a messy process full of opportunity for learning and growth if we look in the right places.  We decide in each moment how we will show up in our lives. In all that I do and all that I am, I value integrity. My personal understanding of integrity goes beyond honesty and following a sound moral compass, though those have never steered me wrong.  To me, being with integrity means that I do my best in each moment to know that everything I think, say, do, and create is clear, authentic, and in alignment with my true self.  There is no mask, no pretense. There is only unity of self. This is a process.  Above all else, this is what I strive for in my own messy, imperfect human life.

These ever-present ways of being have brought me to a beautiful place in the present moment: Artemis & Equus.
